Dogfighting Ring Dismantaled

Columbia, SC (WOLO) —Three men are in custody and 32 dogs were rescued after authorities say they broke up a dogfighting ring.

According to the FBI the operation was discovered last week when warrants were served on three Columbia men thought to be felons in possession of firearms.

The dogs were all taken to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
