Hattie Sims portrait unveiled

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO) – County officials unveiled a portrait of the county’s first African American female magistrate judge, Hattie Sims, this morning.

Sims’ fellow judges as well as members of her family were on hand for the ceremony.

Judge Sims passed away in 2014.
