COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)–A new program designed to motivate our area youth kicked off Saturday.
The Richland Library was the site of the Obama Foundation Columbia Leadership Corps kickoff.
The six month program helps to teach people ages 18 to 25 how to be a civic leaders and to tackle issues in their community.
