COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The On The Run II tour, featuring Beyonce and Jay-Z has arrived in Columbia.
The superstars will appear in concert at Williams Brice Stadium.
Fans are gathering at the stadium, tailgating, partying and planning for the concert.
