DARLINGTON, SC (WOLO)– In parts of the Palmetto State, especially Conway, Horry County, Marion and Darlington, flooding is a real danger.
ABC Columbia’s Alexis Frazier went to Darlington, where the flooding closed down major highways and destroyed roads.
