Two Killed in Chase Involving Deputies

Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)–Two people are dead after a chase involving deputies lead to a crash.
Deputies with the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department say they were pursuing a Volkswagen bug when it crashed into a delivery van near the State Farmers Market on Augusta Highway Monday afternoon.
Troopers with the highway patrol say two people in the Volkswagen were killed in the accident.
No deputies were injured.
