Local restaurant unveils Guinness World record breaking posh platter

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) — A  Midlands seafood restaurant says it is unveiling a record breaker this evening.

The Twist on Two Notch Road says it is celebrating breaking a Guinness World Record for the most expensive seafood dishes in the world.

We can’t tell you much about the dish just yet, only that it is the creation of Chef Lazarius Walker and it is encrusted in platinum.
