Downed power lines cause sparks as Hurricane Dorian blows through the Coast

(CNN) — The worst is behind us, but Hurricane Dorian made its mark here in South Carolina.
downed power lines and flooding took over the streets of Charleston early Thursday morning.
Now crews are beginning their work to remove trees, aid in flooding and restore power to parts of the city.
