Clear bag policy takes effect in Richland One

Richland Co, SC (WOLO) — Anyone going to a football game for a Richland One school had to have a clear bag to get in. The district is the latest in the Midlands to institute the clear bag policy for football and basketball games.

School district officials say they want to ensure a safe yet memorable experience for their fans whenever they come to a game.
