Columbia shooting under investigation

COLUMBIA,SC (WOLO)- Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Columbia Sunday.

The incident happened at 721 Vernon Street, according to medical staff.

Officials say a male victim suffered a non-life threatening injury to the upper body. At this time, police believe this was an isolated incident.

Investigators  are working to determine the circumstances, including identifying the suspect(s).
