SC Senate says the Chamber will meet on Tuesday to discuss Coronavirus

COLUMBIA, S.C., – The president of the South Carolina Senate says the Chamber plans to meet on Tuesday to discuss the coronavirus.

Senator Harvey Peeler claims that it would send a mixed message to tell people not to panic,  follow good hygiene, and then close the Senate.

According to the Associated Press, the South Carolina House is not meeting next week.
