Home prices staying steady despite pandemic and could even trend up

(CNN) – The pandemic has not had much impact on home prices.

According to a new report out by Zillow, the online real estate database, sale price growth has only cooled down slightly.

The company also predicts the cost of buying a home could be headed for an upswing.

It also says buyers are currently outnumbering sellers causing some homes to sell quickly.
