Health Experts hoping to avoid surge in COVID cases after Labor Day Holiday

ABC NEWS–Health Officials are hoping to avoid the surge in cases this Labor Day holiday that was seen following Memorial Day and Fourth of July.

This as cases continue to rise on college campuses across the Nation.
