Gov. McMaster signs bill to aid the deaf

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Governor Henry McMaster signed a bill which helps people who are deaf or hard of hearing when they are pulled over by the police.

The bill allows the DMV to make a note on the driver’s registration that they are deaf or hard of hearing.
