Richland County councilwoman distributes masks to public

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Richland County Councilwoman Joyce Dickerson was at the old Walmart neighborhood market on Broad River road handing out masks and book bags.

Dickerson says it is her responsibility to help keep people safe.
