County Council Member, Former City Council Member Face Tax Charges

Brian DeQuincy Newman COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) — Former Columbia City Council member Brian DeQuincey Newman and Richland County Council member Kelvin Washington were arrested Tuesday on tax charges.
