RCSD: Assault suspect arrested after turning himself in Thursday morning

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department says a man wanted for assault and battery turned himself in at RCSD headquarters on Thursday morning. Deputies say 31-year-old Xavier Batiste Pappillion was wanted for an assault that occurred on October 3.

Officials say Pappillion was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center for booking.
