Governor McMaster puts end to state of emergency in South Carolina

ABC NEWS– After a long year battling the coronavirus pandemic, South Carolinians can now take another big step closer to a more normal life. Monday, Governor Henry McMaster ended the state’s COVID-19 state of emergency.
