Elsa Intensifies to a Hurricane

Elsa has strengthened to a hurricane and it’s still headed towards the southeastern US. The best estimate at this point is that we’ll see some rain on Wednesday from what’s left of Elsa. As you know, these situations are very fluid. So please stay tuned for updates.
