Elsa tracking towards southeastern coast

CNN– Elsa is tracking towards the southeastern coast. Officials in Florida are preparing for the storm, as authorities are still search for the victims of the condo collapse in Surfside. There are 32 confirmed dead and more than 100 still missing.
