Tropical Storm Elsa Headed Towards the Midlands

Tropical Storm Elsa is headed our way. Elsa will weaken on its way in. The strongest impacts will be on the east side of the storm. Since most of us here in the Midlands will be on the west side, it shouldn’t be too bad. Think of it as a bad rainstorm on Wednesday night with the biggest threat being localized street flooding in downpours.
