Update: Tropical Storm Elsa
Tropical Storm Elsa will deliver a solid rain storm for us overnight Wednesday into early Thursday. Expect 2-3 inches of rain – that’ll cause some localized street flooding. Winds will gust to around 40 mph. That will produce a few downed limbs/trees, but overall no major damage.
