High school in the Upstate mourns the loss of a student who passed away from COVID-19

CNN– An Upstate high school is starting their school year on a very sad note today, after a 16-year-old student just passed away from COVID-19. The school’s staff will be short-handed because a number of teachers, administrators and even bus drivers are out sick with COVID-19.
