State House flags to fly at half-staff Friday in honor of the late Sen. Hugh Leatherman

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Governor Henry McMaster ordered flags at the State House to fly at half-staff Friday, in honor of the late Senator Hugh K. Leatherman.

The governor requested flags flying over state buildings and political subdivisions to be raised to half-staff as well. Senator Leathermann passed away on Friday, November 12.
