President of Ukraine calls attack on children’s hospital a war crime

ABC NEWS– Top U.S. intelligence officials warn Congress about the possibility Russia could use chemical weapons against Ukrainians in an attack, and potentially blame the U.S. for it. This comes after one of Russia’s most horrific strikes in this war, a deadly attack on a Ukrainian children’s hospital.
