COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– Drivers hitting the road this week for spring break are seeing some relief at the pumps. GasBuddy says the average price for a gallon of gas in South Carolina dropped by more than 10 cents, to $3.72 per gallon. While it may still seem high, that’s still nearly 35 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. A little closer to home in Columbia, the average price for a gallon of gas is $3.59 a gallon.
