More states seeing uptick in COVID-19 cases, outbreak affecting several government officials in DC

ABC NEWS– More than half of the country is starting to see a spike in COVID-19 numbers. The uptick is also gripping the nation’s capitol, with several government officials and members of Congress infected with the virus. The concern now is for the president, who has been in close contact with some of those who tested positive.
