Russia calling for the surrender of Mariupol as the siege on the city continues

ABC NEWS– Russia gives the last defenders of Mariupol a chilling ultimatum: surrender or be eliminated. The city has been under siege for nearly seven weeks, possibly on the brink of being taken.
