More Americans taking off their masks on public transportation as cases rise in several states

ABC NEWS– More confusion between Americans over masking up. Millions will now be going maskless after a judge struck down the federal mask requirement on public transportation. Some local officials are reinstating their own mask requirements as the country sees a rise in new daily cases.
