Congress passes two bills to address baby formula shortage

ABC NEWS– The government is taking steps to alleviate the baby formula shortage impacting the country. Congress passed two bills overnight that will address the shortage. This comes as President Joe Biden uses his executive powers to ramp up supply using foreign manufacturers.
