Columbia PD: 60-year-old man facing attempted murder charge

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Columbia Police Department says a 60-year-old man is accused of hitting a person with a brick and repeatedly kicking them in the head during an argument. Police say Christopher Gadson is charged with attempted murder, in connection with the incident that occurred on March 4.

According to investigators, Gadson and the victim know each other.

Authorities say the victim still suffers from head trauma.
