Second Tropical Storm

Tropical Storm Bonnie has formed – pretty far south, off the coast of Nicaragua.  It’s expected to weaken as it crosses Central America, but pick up strength once it makes it into the Pacific.  From there it looks like it could stick around for quite a while, as it pushes farther to the west.
