President Biden to address climate change

(ABC News) — President Biden is looking to revive his climate agenda after a serious blow in congress over the weekend.

The president now saying he’s looking at ways to use his executive authority to try and curb carbon emissions including,  reportedly declaring a climate emergency as soon as this week.
