New Tropical Storm

A new storm is forming in the Gulf of Mexico.  It very likely will get a name shortly, Danielle.  Storms get names once they have sufficiently strong winds – at least 39 mph.  The biggest threat from this storm will be heavy rainfall in near the Texas-Mexico border.
