Hurricane Fiona Will Intensify

After dumping more than 2 feet of rain in many spots in Puerto Rico, resulting in no power for the entire island, Fiona is now back over open water.  It will continue to push to the north and strengthen as it does – likely reaching Category 4 intensity.  The impacts for the mainland US will be high surf and rip currents up and down the entire east coast.
