New Tropical Storm, Lisa

A new tropical storm has formed in the Caribbean.  Lisa is well south of Cuba, has winds of 45 mph and is moving to the west at roughly 12 mph.  On this track, it’s expected to make landfall in Central America – likely Nicaragua, sometime on Wednesday as a category 1 storm.  Lisa will have no impact on the United States.
