Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Officials with State Law Enforcement Division say they have an active order from the South Carolina Supreme Court to take Jeroid Price into custody.

Price was recently released from prison after a 2003 murder conviction more than ten years before his sentence was to be completed.

The Supreme Court vacated that release after it was challenged by Attorney General Alan Wilson.

Investigators are urging Price to turn himself in immediately.
