Possible Tropical Storm Developing in the Gulf

There’s a large area of thunderstorms that’s tied in with a weak circulation in the Gulf of Mexico.  Why is that important?  These ingredients can be the beginning of a tropical storm.  At present the National Hurricane Center is stating that there is a chance (not a big chance) that all of this could come together to produce a tropical storm over the next several days.  We’ll keep you posted.
