Police: Missing 10 year-old located safely

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— The Chapin Police Department safely located a missing 10 year-old female who officers believe walked away from her home in search of her three dogs at 11 a.m today.
Lyiah was last seen in the Firebridge Subdivision in Chapin wearing a blue short sleeve shirt, grey pajama pants with black and purple, and tan colored ankle boots.
