Now Two Storms in the Tropics

There are now two storms to track in the topics: Tropical Storm Bret, and a storm that has yet to get a name because its sustained winds have not reached 39 mph.  Bret is expected to die off in the Caribbean, while the unnamed storm is expected to track north of Puerto Rico and not strengthen very much.  As always, stay tuned.
