Get your stamps before the cost goes up Sunday

COLUMBIA, S.C. (CNN)— Just two more days to grab stamps before the prices rise.

Starting July 9, first-class stamps will cost 66 cents, up from 63 cents.

The postal service says the increase is necessary to off-set rising operating expenses.

The agency expects to lose $4.5 billion this year.
