Potential New Storm Brewing in the Tropics

There’s a blob of clouds in the tropics that has a pretty good chance of developing into something to keep our eye on.  If it does develop into a tropical storm, it’s not clear that the conditions are favorable for it to continue to strengthen into a hurricane.  Please stay tuned.
