Columbia Police seek woman wanted for custodial interference

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police are searching for a woman they say is wanted for custodial interference.

Investigators say Regina Luckey, 24, failed to follow a court order requiring her to turn her son Brian Luckey, 6, over to the South Carolina Department of Social Services.
