Latest: U.S. Government Shutdown looming

ABC NEWS–The U.S. Congress is barreling towards a government shutdown, without a solid plan in sight to avert one, say experts.
Now lawmakers have less than 48 hours to come up with an agreement or millions of Americans could be furloughed without pay.
