The State tree will light up the skies at the 57th annual Governor’s Carolighting this Sunday.
It starts at 6 p.m. at the State House.
Governor Henry McMaster and the first family will be there to light up more than 13-thousand LED lights on the 35-foot tree.
This year’s Miss South Carolina winner Jada Samuel will be the emcee.

Richland County residents have a chance to “Stuff an Ambulance” to help children in need.
Richland County EMS will accept toys, clothes, and other items to benefit the court-appointed special advocates.
Anyone can donate now through Dec.6 at the EMS headquarters on Laurens Street.

A new light show is coming to Riverbanks Zoo.
During the ‘Wild Lights’ spectators can encounter nearly 60 larger-than-life handcrafted lanterns inspired by nature.
