RCSD: Three individuals identified as persons of interest after body found unresponsive on Two Notch Road

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The Richland County Sheriff’s Department said three people have been identified as persons of interest to question in the Shandon Floyd case.

Investigators say the cause of death has not been determined by the coroner’s office so there are no pending charges for anyone.

Floyd’s body was found alone and unresponsive in the 10000 block of Two Notch Road around midnight on Nov.14.
