Tyler Ryan meets Oscar, who is hoping to ring in the new year with you

LEXINGTON SC (WOLO)  Oscar is a four year old Shepard / Lab mix, who is waiting to go home with you.  Oscar has been at Lexington County Animal Services for about three months.  When he initially came into the facility, he had heartworm, however, he now how a clean bill of health, been neutered, chipped, and fully up to date on his shots etc.
