U.S., U.K., launch retaliatory attacks against Houthi targets

(ABC News) — The U.S. and U.K. militaries have launched retaliatory strikes against multiple Iranian-backed Houthi targets in Yemen, according to a U.S. official.

This comes after months of attacks by militants on commercial shipping in the Red Sea.
The militants say the attacks are in response to Israel’s war with Hamas.
A U.S. official says these strikes are the first on Yemen since the beginning of the war.
