COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– In today’s look at Local Living, you can enjoy a free Friday at Riverbanks Zoo.
Every Friday in January and February residents of Richland and Lexington counties can receive free daytime admission.
You just need a proof of residency such as a driver’s license or a property tax statement.
Comedian Theo Von is bringing his tour to the Soda City next month.
His Return of the Rat tour stops by the Colonial life Arena on Saturday, Feb.3.
Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

The Richland Library Friends and Foundation is hosting it’s winter book sale this weekend.
The event begins with a private sale on Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Then on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. members of the public can choose from over 30 thousand gently used items.
Paperbacks start at $1 and hardbacks begin at $2.
The Lexington School District Two is hosting a teacher job fair next week.
The event is on Jan. 30 from 4 p.n. until 6 p.m.
It will take place at the Lexington Two Innovation Center in Cayce.
