City of Columbia Parking Services announces limited closure of the PJ Cannon Parking Facility

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– The City of Columbia Parking Services Department has announced a limited closure of the PJ Cannon Parking Facility.
The closure is taking place on Friday, March 8, at 6 p.m. through Monday March 11, at 7 a.m.
The city says ground level 1A will be available for public parking as normal, level 1B and above will be inaccessible during the closure due to water sealant maintenance of the PJ Cannon Facility located at 1227 Taylor Street.
During the construction work, the original sealant will be replaced with a three coat system.
Visitors of the parking garage are encouraged to use one of the other nearby parking options like Taylor Street Deck, located at 1101 Taylor Street, Washington Street Deck, located at 1100 Washington Street and our Blanding Street Surface Lot, located at 1215 Blanding Street while construction happens.
